A Surprise in the Package

The package contained two beautiful new yarns from the MishaStyle online shop, both perfect for crochet projects for late summer and cooler autumn days. They feature luxurious fibre blends, feel pleasant to the touch and look their best in simple or airy lace patterns.

The first new yarn is Gazzal Exclusive, with a weight of 25 grams and a length of 200 metres. It contains 60% superwash merino wool, 30% mulberry silk and 10% superkid mohair. Thanks to this blend, the yarn is exceptionally soft, lightweight and elegant. It has a delicate halo and will become beautifully fluffy when crocheted with a slightly larger hook.

Gazzal Exclusive is particularly suitable for lightweight sweaters, airy scarves and wide wraps that you can cosy up in on cooler days. I recommend choosing a lace pattern or a simple design with larger openings, which will highlight both the softness of the yarn and its luxurious fibre content.

The second new yarn is Vlna-Hep Toscana, with a weight of 50 grams and a length of 190 metres. It contains 45% cotton, 35% merino wool and 20% mulberry silk. The combination of cotton, wool and silk gives the yarn softness, lightness and natural temperature-regulating properties.

Toscana is suitable for dresses, tunic dresses, sweaters, blouses, tops and wide wraps.
